张学栋2

张学栋简介(中英文) 

张学栋,男,1962年生,汉族,山西祁县人。高级建筑师。        曾任中国行政管理学会会长助理、九三学社中央委员。

1978年-1981 年山西祁县中学高中学习。             

1981年至1985年,在太原理工大学(太原工学院)土木系建筑学专业学习,获工学学士学位。             

1985年至1989年,在四川德阳建筑规划勘察设计院工作,历任助理建筑师、建筑师、第三设计室主任。         

1989年至1992年,先在海南华.南热作学院园林系任讲师,后在海南省物业发展有限公司任项目经理,后任海联工贸有限公司总建筑师、高级建筑师。          

1992年至1994年,在广西壮族自治区钦州地区行政公署工作,任专员助理兼钦州地区招商中心主任、高级建筑师。       

1994年至1995年,在北京建筑工程学院工作,任校园建设指挥部副总指挥兼总建筑师、高级工程师。        

1995年至2022年,在中国行政管理学会工作,任联络部副主任(副处级)、主任(正处级),

2002年起任学会副秘书长兼联络部主任(四级职员,副局级)、先后兼任学会县级行政管理研究分会秘书长、副会长、会长。     

其中,2006年8月至2007潘家园古玩(西门)年8月任南京市发展和改革委员会副主任(挂职)。       

2019年起,任中国行政管理学会会长助理。       

2022年10月退休。          

1988年加入九三学社以来, 曾任社十一、十二、十三、十四届中央委员,历任社中央参政议政研究中心召集人、社中央经济委员会副主任、社中央社会与法制委员会副主任、社中央海外联络工作委员会副主任,社中央联络工作委员会副主任。

二十多年来,完成调研研究报告10多篇、学术论文50多篇、论著8部、主编3部。  出版书籍      

2002年出版《机构革命》(合著)。

2004年,由中国文史出版社出版《图·像思维-对自然·人·社会和谐共融观的整体感悟》专著,提出了“图·像思维”理论(易·像学说)。

2005年发行《易·像艺术-张学栋心灵艺术》邮票。      

2006年,由中国文史出版社出版:《图·像思维与哲学》(易罡、严放著);《图·像思维与道学》(易罡、梓宁著);《图·像思维与文学》(易罡、阿东著);《图·像思维与佛学》(易罡、智宣著)。

2007年,由中国文史出版社出版:《图·像思维与人生》(易罡、刘坚著);《图·像思维与水》(易罡、国岭著)。       

2013年,新华出版社出版《孝文化漫谈》(联合主编),

2017年,团结出版社出版《润心集》(诗集)。              

2006年,荣获中央统战部、各民主党派、工商联、无党派人士“为全面建设小康社会作贡献先进个人”称号,

2006年6月,获国际设计与流程科学学会(SDPS)“乔治·科兹梅茨基奖”。

2008年6月,荣获国际设计与流程科学学会(SDPS)院士称号。

2012年5月,(ATLAS) 荣获国际跨领域高级研究院(ATLAS) 首批院士称号。       

2015/2021-2022年荣获九三学社全国“优秀社员”称号。       

自1985年大学毕业以来,先后在四川、海南、广西、北京和南京工作近10年,

1995年---2022年,在中国行政管理学会工作约27年。         

1995年开始,参加九三学社中央参政议政工作20多年,完成调研报告近20多项,完成九三中央级提案建议12项。       

参与中国行政管理学会/九三学社中央和九三北京市委多个重点课题的调研。如“政府机关效率标准研究”、“政府管理创新研究”、“公共部门应急管理研究”、“总部经济可持续发展研究”、“中国电子政府发展研究”、“中国县级政府改革研究”、“生态保护与国家公园管理”、“孝文化”、“国家机关事务运行保障立法”等 。        

完成九三学社中央报送全国政协提案多件,内容涉及“社会中介组织培育与发展”、“科教兴国战略实施”、“电子政府建设”、“政府应急管理”、“人才能力建设”、“县级行政改革与县域经济发展”、“构建和谐社会农村公共物品提供的法制保障”等,多件提案被全国政协立案或作为大会发言。          

应邀为北京大学、清华大学、中国人民大学、发改委国家信息中心、国家行政学院、全国政协机关、国家安全部、国家海洋局、国家机关事务管理局、国家中医药管理局、中央财经大学、北京林业大学、国家会计学院、中国教育行政学院、云南大学、太原理工大学、首都师范大学等部委、高等院校和研究机构做学术讲座。        

内容涉及传统行政文化、公务员修养、政务交往礼仪、文化创意、故宫的格局与古代行政文化、晋商管理智慧,以及个人领导力、办公室管理、公文写作等。       

还应邀为北京汇文中学、北京国子监中学、北京蒲公英中学等多所中学做过传统文化等方面的公益学术讲座等。

ZHANG Xuedong, male, born in 1962, native of QixianCounty, Shanxi Province. Senior Architect. Formerly served as Assistant to the President of the ChinaAdministrative Management Association and Central Committee Member of the Jiusan Society.

Academic Credentials
1981–1985: Pursued studies in Architecture at the Department of Civil Engineering, Taiyuan University of Technology (formerly Taiyuan Institute of Technology), conferred with a Bachelor of Engineering degree.

Professional Trajectory
1985–1989: Engaged at Sichuan Deyang Architectural Planning & Surveying Design Institute, served successively as Assistant Architect, Architect, and Director of the Third Design Division.

1989–1992:

• Lectured at the Department of Landscape Architecture, South China Tropical Crops College (Hainan).

• Served as Project Manager at Hainan Property Development Co., Ltd.

• Appointed Chief Architect and Senior Architect at Hailian Industrial & Trading Co., Ltd.

1992–1994: Served in the Administrative Office of Qinzhou Prefecture, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, as Assistant to the Commissioner, concurrently holding the roles of Director of Qinzhou Prefecture Investment Promotion Center and Senior Architect.
